my story
I’ve been singing and writing songs in Nashville since 1997. In the mid 2000’s, I went through a 5-year “desert experience” of losing my singing voice. From what I lost, something greater was found: a faith-forging journey that brought me closer to God. When I stopped chasing my music dreams and started chasing Jesus, He put new purpose in my heart that, ultimately, multiplied my voice in new ways for His Kingdom!
my family
My husband, Craig, had a 17 year career in the NFL as a punter and kicker. Our 3 kids are our greatest treasures. We’re almost empty nesters and it makes our hearts so happy to see them learning how to fly…but we’ve had our share of tears looking in the rearview mirror of their childhood. In the words of a song I co-wrote recorded by Lydia Walker, “Little Doesn’t Stay For Long.”
